Hi Rita and Linda,

Levi and Andrew both lived in Robertson County, but so far, there is no relationship established between the 2 men. Andrew was 10-12 years older than Levi. I do believe they knew each other. Andrew and Levi's son George were against each other in a lawsuit in the 1880s. Ironically, in the lawsuit, Andrew used "Bartholomew" instead of "Carroll" even though he went by Carroll in the census from 1880 to 1910. I cannot remember what the lawsuit was about, but it had to do with some work performed by Andrew, and George not liking it. There was no mention of a family relationship between the 2 men.
Regards,
Rick
