I don't know anyother children of Luke Sr except Luke Jr. There was a will of Luke Sr mentioned 4-6 years ago but if I ever had it I have since lost it.

Just now I located a pension application of a fellow who's name escapes me but in the pension application, he mentioned that a John Carroll was his Captain and that John had a brother Luke who was the Lieutenant in the same company. This was a Virginia unit but they were in NC when Mr Blevins? enlisted at a town called Motte.

If this is my Luke and your John then it was Luke Sr. My 2gr-grandmother, Olive Carroll, had a brother John and they married Aaron and Elizabeth Coppock.

I have pasted in the address where I found the pension record
If you can't locate it I can send a copy. Contact me at
