Jerry's 2nd wife, Viola MERCER, is baby sis of my g-gma. I don't have much on Jerry's 1st family, except for the 1880 census.

Jerry m. Viola 10-1887. Didn't waste anytime finding a "babysitter" did he! J & V had 8 kids, and Jerry died when the last one was 2yrs....don't know how Viola managed, but she did...she never remarried.
