Sorry about the delay in following up. (I wasn't notified of your follow-up, and just discovered it.)

I assume your reference to "Benjamin" is to William Benjamin Dulin, one of Celia Carroll's sons who died in the Civil War, inasmuch as I was not aware at the time of my post that Celia Carroll's father was named "Benjamin." I have no information concerning either a "Spencer Carroll" or a "Spencer Dulin." However, if your "Benjamin" is Benjamin Caroll, and your information shows that he had a son by the name of Spencer (as well as a daughter named Celia), then I would be very interested in any other information you may have about Spencer and his siblings, his mother, etc.
