Nathan Carroll's parents were John Carroll and Martha "Patsy" Sharp, born in NC and alsodied in Pike County, AL.John's brother David Carroll was my gr-gr-grandfather.
I don't have any info on Nathan's descentants but do have quite a bit on the CARROLL families.I have a book on loan that shows:
"Nathan Carroll (14 JAN 1817 - 17 NOV 1890) Married before 1850 Ann Elizabeth ___ (15 JAN 1827 - 16 JUN 1908).They are buried at Springhill Cemetery in Pike County, AL."
Source:"Dale County, Alabama Kin" by Lydia Hughes Grimes, (c)1984.Your local library can get it on loan for you through the Inter-Library Loan System at little or no cost.It has 20 pages of CARROLLs listed within the family relationships.
