My grandmother was Margaret Carroll and I was told she was from County Cork in Ireland. She was probably born in the late 1800's (maybe 1870-1990). She immigrated to N.Y. and was married to Charles Fisher. They lived in Albany, N.Y. and had two sons: Charles Carroll (my father) in 1912 and Frank T. two-four years later. My grandfather, a painter, died of paint fumes when the boys were young and my grandmother died shortly after I was born in 1954. Please let me know if my Margaret Carroll Fisher is related to your Carrolls of Kildorrery, Cork. Besides e-mail, you can write me at 2310 N.W. 60 Ave., Sunrise, FL 33313. Thank you!!
