I am not sure if this is the same Frank Carroll or not - My grandfather was Frank Lee Carroll (Parents unknown) born Sep 1896. It is possible his parents were from PA - My grandfather married Lillian Gladden in Missouri and migrated to Arizona about 1925.They had three children that died at birth and the youngest that lived: Kenneth Frank Carroll, born in 1924. My grandfather could be the son of the Frank Carroll you are inquiring about (Time frame fits)
My grandfather (Frank Carroll) "might" have had siblings also named Fred Carroll, Guy Carroll and Carrie Carroll - Not positive however - Have not had any luck on this side of the family. Not sure where the Carroll's migrated from when they went to Missouri. Hope this helps
