Hi William, sure are alot of Carroll's.
My line, William Henry Carroll, Sr., b. Nov. 12, 1867 in Peoria, Ill, d. Jan 20, 1920 same place, md. Nov. 25, 1890 Peoria to Elizabeth Lannon b. Abt. 1870 Peoria, d. abt. 1958 in L.A., Ca.,children: Charles Lannon, William Henry Carroll, Jr. Sgt., killed in the Great War, Nov. 9, 1918, in France, buried there first, rebuired in Peoria in 1921, a hero he was they say., then Thomas Emmett, and Francis Leroy, and Cathering Carroll: the 3 others boys were all in the military at same period of time.
Catherine, headed west lived in L.A., Ca. area. they say she never married. I am trying to find the children of the other boys, plus the parents of their father and mother. Elizabet had two sisters, An ann Carroll, md. a Hinman, Elizabeth Carroll md. a Karl, all Ill. at least in the beginning.
any help from you appreciate. email me at need help from the Carroll's out there.......
