I have been told that STEPHEN CARROLL b. ? d. 1828 in Orange County, NC, m. ELEANOR, father of BENJAMIN, b. 1753 in Orange Co., d. 1846 in Orange Co., m. NANCY PEELER, came over from Ireland by way of London on a ship and landed at Wilmington, NC along with two brothers in the mid-1700's. Anyone out there have anything that can help me on this? i.e. passenger lists from Wilmington, know who Stephen's brothers are, know Stephen's other children's names besides Benjamin. I am up against that infamous "brick wall" on this. Someone, somewhere out there has to have some answers to these questions, I just can't find them. HELP!!!!
