Hi Deb

Would you please share with me what you have on Carruthers/ Carrithers . I am a Carruthers, the time period you gave is the right period for some of my family lines, The Beards are in my line here in the USA 1700 ,Pa to NC/Va,TN. Calhoun is another common connecting surname.
Thomas would have been born ca1715-1720 , I am looking for the relationship to a James Carruthers b. 1718 Sct. d. 1764 Ire. Jim was merchant , Jim is the only one in our line to settle in IRE, he was born here in the U.S. Jim married Nancy Calhoun ca.1738 Ire.
So far I show zero Carruthers/McKinley connected in our American lines , in my data base.

Please email me at carothtome@aol.com
I thank you for your time and concideration.
