This is really a very long shot in the dark and hope some one might be able to help me with a possible connection. I'm looking for parents of two Christopher girls which were both born in SC. Isabella Carolina Christopher born June 1823 , and a sister Nancy C. Christopher Dec 1818. These two girls are suspected to be daughters of a William Christopher and unknown mother. And I'm not even sure that the father is William Christopher. William Christopher born abt: 1788 Virginia, mother birth date or place unknown. I suspect they would have married by 1815, marriage could have taken place in VA. NC, or SC. I really believe it would have been NC. or SC. I suspect that the unknown mother might have been a Carrington. My reasoning in suspecting this has to do with Isabella C. Christopher Garrison naming one of her daughters Mary Carrington Garrison. Isabella had 4 daughters and I know who each was named after from the different lines with the exception of Mary Carrington Garrison. I can't find a connection of the Carrington name to the Garrison,Baxter or Faries lines. So it would have to come from the Christopher line or his wife's line. Isabella's daughters were named: Cynthia Victoria, Mary Carrington, Margaret Beatrice. Louvina Jane (Jenny). Cynthia, Margaret and Jane or Jenny were very common names in the Garrison, Baxter ,Faries lines. Isabella C. married James F. Garrison/Garison in Coweta Co. GA. Dec 1843. Nancy C. married James F. Storey in Coweta Nov 1843. Nancy's daughters were named Sarah F. Elizabeth, Georgia. Both of these families left Coweta and moved to different counties in AL. Isabella & family settled last in Sebastian Co. AR. Nancy C. and her children left AL. in the late 1890s and settled in Bell Co. Texas. Tks Brenda Notify Administrator about this message?
