Mary Ann Carrigan, born August of 1975 was a foster child with my family as well as with a family by the name of Marjorie Mengel. Mary Ann was adopted in 1981 or 1982 to a family in the Lancaster, Pa. area. Her biological mother's name was Judy Carrigan, now deceased. I would love to be reunited with Mary Ann and her brother Jay. I have photos of them when they were just toddlers and Jay as an infant. They may not have any photos of themselves at that time and I know it may be important to them both. I also have crafts that Mary Ann made in school as does Marjorie Mengel.
