Have located this family in the 1852, 1854 and 1856 IA State Census, enumerated as CARRIGER. Family may later be found in or around Washington Co., AR, again as CARRIGER's. Feel the 1850 Johnson Co., TN enumeration as CARRIGAN was an enumerator error.
