Additional Info on New Orleans Carrigans: In Yellow Fever epidemic of 1853 the burials that summer in New Orleans include Carrigans born in Ireland: A.J, Catherine (18 yrs), James (32), John (28), John (23), Mary (16), Mary (22), Sarah (27). Elizabeth, 10 months, was born in New Orleans.
