Eustache Carrière, son of Antoine Carrière and Elmire Fournel was married twice. First, to Rose-Délima Renaud, daughter of Jean-Baptiste Renaud and Marguerite Maguey. They were married August 28, 1871 in Pointe-Gatineau, Québec, Canada.

Eustache married second, Céline Lauzon, widow of Joseph Allaire, on April 9, 1883, also in Pointe-Gatineau, Québec, Canada.

The paternal grandparents of Eustache Carrière were Antoine Carrière and Marie Denis. His maternal grandparents were Pierre Fournel and Marguerite Soucy.

His parents, Antoine Carrière and Elmire Fournel were married July 2, 1844 in St. Jérôme, Québec, Canada.
