Jonathan,

Good to hear more about the Carriers...my grandmother was a Carrier tracing back to Henry (1830). There is some confusion about Henry's mother. Some say that Elizabeth White was his mother, some say Jemima Nichols was. I was told that W John & Jemima were married in 1726. Are you confident that Henry's mother was Elizabeth? Also has anyone heard what the "W" was for W. John Carrier? Thanks, Mary Turner
