Fellow researchers:

I have been unable thus far to locate a CARRIER genealogy through the New York City Public Library Local History & Genealogy department.

My lineal ancestor, Joshua Goodrich, married in Ellington, Toland, CT. a Sally CARRIER. This is based on a copy of a family Bible page submitted by Sally in order to get a pension based on her husband's Am. Revolution military service.

"Isaac H. Carrier born May 176?" is listed in this Bible

Also Sally Carrier born 18 September 1765, probably a
sister of Issac H. Carrier.

Finally the Bible lists a Patty CARRIER died 25 July
17??" From other sources, this Patty was Patty
Hubbard, daughter of Isaac Hubbard and Prudence Nash.

"Prudence, d/o Timothy Nash, Esq. of Ellington, CT. born in Long Meadow, MA. 31 Dec. 1726 was m. to Isaac Hubbard, Jr. The resided many years in Ellington, CT. They had but one child, viz. Patty born 26 July 1745 m. ISAAC
CARRIER. Mrs. Patty CARRIER had 2 children:
i. SALLY born 18 Sept 1765
ii. ISAAC born 28 May 1768

(The Nash Family, Rev. Sylvester Nash, p. 75, Hartford,

My query: Can any fellow research provide a written source or record of parentage or pedigree for ISAAC CARRIER or his two children Sally and Isaac per above.

I would be grateful. As is my custom, I bid thee peace
and goodwill. If you have a source to suggest, please
provide full citation that I may pursue it further.

A. Squire
