Looking for information on the family of my wife's dad. He was born, Walter Lee Carrier, 1928 in Spokane. He was adopted from the Spokane Children's Home by John & Gladys Mills of St. John, WA. Thay changed his name to Jack Carrier Mills. We believe his parents were Robert Carrier and Mabel Palmer.
Robert & Mabel had four other children. Robert, Bill, Earl and Ruth. We know that Bill and Robert were adopted by the Lange family and that Ruth was adopted by the Potter family of Spokane. We have been told that the Potters that raised Ruth were in-laws of either the Carriers or the Palmers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
