Wiley Franklin Carico b.1879-d.1942 m.Hallie Katherine Byrd 21 Aug 1899 in Grayson Co Va.Hallie Katherine Byrd b.1883 d.1951 is listed on page 146 in the book: Early Byrds of Grayson county Va.They are burried in the Atkins Cem. near Providence in Grayson Co.Va.
The old Carico Tree Compiled by Mrs.Laura B.Carrico Witcher,Andrew Carrico of Stevens Creek,and others ( 1913 )show two Wiley Caricos,but none of the right time period.
One Wiley b. 1862 was the the son of Creed and Rowsalin Vaughn Carrico, Creed b.1834 was the son of John Wesley,John the son of Rev William Carico William lived in Stevens Creek in Grayson Co Va.
The other Wiley on this Tree is John Wiley,John Wiley had several brothers one was Rennie Franklin,another was my Grandfather Lonnie Cecero b.1903.
There parent were Orville and Mollie Patton Carico,Orville,s parents were James D.and Amanda Byrd Carico.
James was the son of Abel,Abel the son of Rev William Carico.
