I would like to think I answered this informative email back in 2000, but here goes. I believe this is the Rachel I'm looking for, and she does seem to be the daughter of George G. (I haven't found proof yet, either). She was supposed to have been born in 1814 according to Natalie Baker's cemetery reading of Love Cemetery. However, the two census (1830 and 1840) place her birth nearer 1816 after her parents marriage. On various lists I've found the father of George G as George H. and Elizabeth Cissell or James T. and Joanna Keith. I also found Elizabeth Cissell as wife of George G (not H) so obviously, somethings screwy here!
I would appreciate any clarification of this family. Rachel is my great great grandmother.
Carol
