Hello Lois, This is so fantastic! Have you found a marriage license for Thomas and Alsey and her maiden name?

I found them in the 1850 census of Mississippi they were living near a Jesse who I suspect was a brother and an older Jane who I suspect was the mother of them both. Do you know anything about this?

Please contact me privately so we can share more details about the family.

I know that James Enloe, some of his children and grandchildren came to southeast Texas. They lived in Hardin and Tyler counties and there are still descendants in the area today. My granddaughter lives with her Carrell grandparents between Fred and Spurger.
