The similarities in your message were just too much for me to pass up!

I have a John Carrell/Carroll b. 1839 possibly KY, who married Mildred Bearden b. 1837 Kentucky. What I find interesting is the the childrens names that you listed for your Benjamin Carrell are throughout my tree.

John and Mildred had two children that I have found so far, George Elliott b. 1865 in Kentucky and Jane b. abt. 1864. Possibly John named his children after his siblings (?). George named one of his sons Linard Benjamin.

Could just be coincidence, but thought I would check to see if you have my John as Benjamin's son and I have yet to find John's father.

Thanks!

Debbie
