We are looking for John Carrell who we think married a Betsy (Elizabeth) Stubblefield in Va. He had a son, Nathan born 1812 in Tn.,Robert 1814,John 1820, then in 1828,1833,1836,1837 in Clay Co. Mo.There was a son Major and one named General and several girls. With the Gap in dates maybe a wife before Betsy?? We think a brother named James and Albert(AlFred)?? James had purchased land close to him on the same day in what was then Howard Co. Mo. A lady sent some info that said he remarried after Betsy to Cathrine?? and had a son Burr H. Carrell. John died on Aug 16 1878, we beleive in DeKalb Co,Mo. Any help would be great and if you are looking for Carrells in Mo.Will help.
