My great grandfather was named THOMAS E CARRELL on his marriage license in 1837 in Randolph County Indiana. But since then he had been using Carroll. He was born in Bucks County Pa. on July 1, 1817. Has anyone came across his name anywhere, as I am trying to locate his Parents etc.
