Hi, My great-great-grandmother was Mary Ann Carre. She was born in the Isle of Guernsey around 1842/44. She came from London to New York on 23 Mar 1854 on the ship Yortown. She was 11 years old at the time. She had four younger siblings; Abraham William, Louisa, John and Selina. She married William Henry Hindle on 8 Sep 1862 in Alexandria Co., Va. I hope this will be of some help to you.
