Was provided info that a WILLIAM REAVES (died 1793 in Wayne County, NC)and wife ELIZABETH CARRAWAY (mother a LOVETT?) had child LOVETT REAVES (born before 1768 in NC and married MILLY JOHNSON in 1803).

Please let me know if this ties in with your CARRAWAY family line! Thanks.
