please GOOGLE---- Clayton Carraway Connection--- alot of information on the Carraways in Early America and more. Sarah is mentioned several times and was born in 1740. would like to hear from you too. Original Carraway was a John David (circa 1636 arrival to America) of which I am direct descendat-- his father was a Mr. Carraway who married Anne Foster in 1595 either York or Lacock England--sosme say to be named Edward but not certain. You will be most pleased with this site. Revolutionary War--Mexican American War--both sides Civil War. I have documentation.
