Larry Clayton has posted a very complete history of the migration of the Carraway and related families on the following site:
http;//www.geocities.com/Athens/Acropolis/97631/ You should visit this site if you are interested in the Caraway line. I am a descendant of John Carraway IV and Margaret Keeling. Their daughter Elizabeth Carraway married my gggg grandfather Capt. Aaron Smith. I am seeking information on the parents of Capt. Aaron. They may be a John Smith and a Francis Keeling. Any information
on the relationship between the Carraways and the Smith families on the North Shore of the Neuse would be appreciated.
