Looking for ancestors and descendants of John Carraway ,d. 1674. He had daughter, Mary Elizabeth, who m. Francis Poteet. They had son, Peter Poteet. He had daughter, Catherine Poteet, b. 1683, d. 1760, who m. Thomas Miles. They had daughter, Hannah, who m. Thomas Slade.
Think most of these families were in Maryland then NC.
Have many blanks to fill and much to learn about these families.
