Mrs Sylvia R Link, 74, of Ashton Place, entered into rest Tuesday, June 11, 2002, at St Joseph Hospital, Augusta
Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm Friday June 14, 2002 at DeLoach Funeral Home Chapel, Hephzibah, with Maurice Morey officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Augusta.
Mrs Link, a native of Albertville, Ala, had made this area her home since 1989. She was a homemaker and a member of Kingdom Hall of Waynesboro.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Nelson, Clewistown, Fla, Kenneth Nelson, Hollywood, Fla, two daughters, Linda Havard, Hephzibah, Karen Pratt, Titusville, Fla, three brothers Travis Carr, Tevis Carr both of Ala, Charles Carr, Atlanta; four sisters Tommy Ivey, Audrey Burns, Sylvia Farmer, Dean Wells all of Ala; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Sylvia was born 27 Nov 1927 died 11 Jun 2002

She was a member of Liberty Congregational Methodist Church
Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Sue and Junior Cooper of Rainsville, sisters Tommie Ivey of Dawson, Dean Wells of Fyffe, Audrey Burns of Rainsville, brothers Travis Carr of Geraldine, Tevis Carr of Dawson, Charles Carr of Atlanta, three grandchildren and two great granchildren
