According to the Carr Book Page 66 a MACREST Carr was born in Salisbury, Mass., May 2, 1731 and married Elizabeth Waite i 1750. Their children were Benjamin Carr b.June 22, 1751 and William Carr b. April 11, 1753
On page45 it shows Macrest's father to be Sylvanus Carr b. April 13, 1708 in Salisbury Mass, d.Dec 3, 1770 and married Lydia Macrest Aug. 27, 1730
