25 February 1802. Nathaniel Owen’s land was described as Southerly by the East and West line so called formerly being the line between the Counties of Ulster and Orange, easterly on the Lands of ? and Henry Smith; Northerly on the land of Henry Smith, and lands in possession of Stephen Smith and Jonathan Smith; and Westerly on the lands late of Wait Carpenter deceased and the Lands of James Butler, containing by estimation about two hundred acres.
