Carrothers and Alsop marriage?

Hi Folks,

I am not related to either the Carrothers or Alsop families. I am doing some historical research, and I ran across a marriage of a George Carrothers and an Emilia Alsop in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania in 1809.

I'm wondering if any Carrothers researcher has any additional information about this family or their ancestry.
