The Carrothers name crops up twice in my family tree, and I would be grateful if anyone has any more information which might link.
1. John Carrothers married Jane Ellen Rea in Lisnaskea,Co. Fermanagh Ireland in 1866. They had a son Edward Alfred born 1874 in Co. Fermanagh, and I believe at least 1 other - John Carothers born 1884. Jane Ellen died in Colorado Springs, ElPaso,Ohio in 1937. Anyone know anything about them?
2. Charles Carrothers married to Mary Jane Pyper in Co. Fermanagh. They had a son Alexander (died 1927) who married a Martha Beatty (died 1913). All lived in Co. Fermanagh, but the next generation spread out. I have names of 4 of them - John,William, Ethel and Ernest, but I know there may have been more.Any info?
