My family has lived in jackson county Tennessee since 1820. The first lists himself as John. Then in 1840 He is living with Benjimin and Sarah. In 1850 Jno Franklin is living with them with his wife Susan Moreland. Thier Son Vachal Mcdonald is my Great Grandfather. I can't find anything before this. I do know that John lists North Carolina as his place of birth. Any information would be greatly app
