Pamplet called: Carothers Family Pedigree Back to 1600

I have just started researching my husband's and my family tree. One of the things he gave to me is a 18in by 12in paper, folded in fourths.
It is titled: Carothers Family Pedigree Back to 1600. It talks about the early Carothers being celts, and the original name being James. It contains a brief family history from James Carothers, to the children of Thomas Milton Carothers, citing letters, and family Bibles as sources.

My husband rescued this from his grandmother's barn, as the family farm was about to be sold. There is no publication information of any sort.

I am wondering if anyone else has this pamplet, or if anyone knows any of the publication information.

Thanks,
Neva Taylor

PS - The family line I am researching is James Carothers, James Carothers, Samuel Dinsmore Carothers, Nancy Lenore Carothers, Addie Matthews m Richard Ellace Allen
