Your messages seem to show that you have an extensive amount of research for the Lancaster/Cumberland area. I'm still trying to find the Carothers Eaton connection.

My gggrandfather was born in 1814 probably in or near Lancaster Co. He was a second son and named Thomas Carothers Eaton.

We have not found where his father and mother were born. They were Thomas and Jane Adams Eaton.

If you find any Carothers entries that might tie into this family, I would appreciate hearing from you.
