Charles and Malvina Caron

Trying to verify parents of Narcisse Caron. They are listed as Charles Caron and Malvina Dube on his baptismal certificate.

Narcisse born in 1879 and baptized at St Columban in Cornwall Ontario.
I lose him until he shows up in the 1901 census in Cornwall.Family oral history is that My grandfather, Narcisse, came from "amerique", and lost his father at early age. Where did Charles die? Did family move to Maine or Vermont in the 1880's???In
Charles father??
1851 census there is a possible match with Henry and Marie Caron children listed as Charles,Jacob, Hermine, Fred?? . According to a site, Marie and Charles married in St Aubert in 1860. Without some other info, cannot be sure this is my great great grandfather. Unusual to be listed as "Henry" in Quebec. For what it's worth, I can't trace Henry either.
Any info much appreciated.

I cannot positively tie Charles to Henry other than this 1851 census.
Does anyone have records to fill in links.
