I do not know your people but I just learned that William H. Carney b.May-1854 is my grandfather. He was living in Springfield, Missouri in the 1910 census with his second wife Rebeca and my mother Clara b.10-10-1901.
William must have died by 1912 because the step mothr placed my mother in an orphanage and she was taken in by the Carnagie family of Polk Co. as a foster child.
Do you have any information that could help me on William Carney?
