There was a will probated 6-20-1836 of a Thomas Carney naming Rice Carney as executor.
Rice Carney was b.1804 and married Pricilla Bidgood after 1840. All took place in Norfolk Co.,VA. Which Thomas Carney was this and what relation of Rice Carney to Thomas was there if any. Any information on any of these persons would be quite helpful.
