There is a CARNEY line coming from Samuel KERNEY/CARNEY, b. 29 Apr 1763 (where?). He was in Upper Mt Bethel, Northampton Co, PA raising his family until ca 1810 & went to Pekin (Cambria), Niagara Co, NY. We don't have info on Samuel's sibs, but some think he was born in Ireland. I have info on Sam's children but in that area there are CARNEYs who I have not been able to connect. Could your family be cousins?
