James Carney (Kearney) - My great grandfather was born in Ireland on November 29, 1838 and passed away in Dutton, MT October 22, 1932. He married Katherine Dixon in the Pipestone, MN area around early 1884 or late 1883 (I have not found a record of their marriage). Family lore is that James emigrated with a brother who may have settled in Texas. In his obituary it stated that he had a sister living in Chicago, her name was not given. My purpose in this posting is to see if his name, date and place of birth, date and place of his death may make a connection with living descendants of his siblings.
