I'm trying to identify the parents of Roscoe Carney, b abt 1892-1894. Lived in WV, Kanawha Co, Cabin Creen Dist, (1920 census sheet 17B, Dwelling 202), had wife Ethel (Staats)m. 1913, son Denver b 1915, Daughter Dorothy b 1916. Roscoe had an uncle John B Staats b abt 1855.
