Hello Mike:

For Michael, James, and John Carney B 1855 +/- 10 yrs, Co. Down, with a father forenamed Peter, I found B rcds for John (1851 and 1860), and James (1846), but not for Michael at any date within a reasonable range. This suggests the rcds I found for John and James are from a different family.

For Peter Carney M 1855 +/- 10 yrs, Co. Down, I found 3 rcds: 1847, 1859, and 1860.

For Cat(herine) Marshel/Marshall M ditto, I found 0 rcds.

B/M/D records for northern Ireland are especially deficient. Many haven't survived. SOMETIMES churches have rcds which haven't been transcribed. Suggest you try to contact the parish priest (usually a donation of an arabic number followed by two or three zeros improves their priorities).

Hope this helps. Good luck.

Hope
