Thank you for sharing your research.

I wondered if you have found more on these individuals since your posting. (I'd especially like to know what the R. stood for in R. GILCREASE.)

I have been working on a SC settlement on the Enoree River around STOVALL's Mill (abt 1818). A tract for Solomon KEMP is mentioned on one of the documents.

Milford Church is nearby.

3 Oct 1809 deed: Benjamin BARBIER or BARBIEE
to Shem CARNEY
150 acres s side of Enoree R part of a tract orig granted to Uriah CONNER on KEMP's Branch running up the sd branch to a line laid out for George RUSSELL, etc.
William HARRIS, James BRADLEY
Proven by James BRADLEY 10 Apr 1810 bef George GREEN J.P.
Rec'd Oct 1810
Greenville Co SC

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
