Can anybody help me to locate a Kathleen Carney in the PA 1920 & 1930 census.

She was born in Cardiff, Wales, UK in 1906.

Apparently, after her mother died in Cardiff in 1919, she was taken to the US to live with her aunt (Kate).

She would have been about 13 in the 1920 census.

She was married in 1929, so her married name in the 1930 census would have been Kathleen Frank (aged about 23).

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
