Annie Elizab. Carney Was born in 1879, in Gwynn's Isl.,Mathews Co.,Va. Died 1955, in Mathews,Co,Va. Buried in Smither's Cem.,Mathews,Va. She married James Emmett Byrns, son of Thomas Byrns & Ellen, Dec 30,1896,in Mathews. He was born 1869,in Brooklyn,NY. Died,1954 in Mathews. His occupation - Mariner. Child: James Herman Burns,William Ellis Burns, Willard Vaden Byrns, Lester Burns, Alice Byrns, Weldon Burns and Lilly Byrns.
