I am searching for the parents of my grandfather, Thomas Carnegie Rogers, who was born in London,England on Oct.9, 1859. He attended public school, and took
courses at the Royal Engineers College before coming to New York in about 1877. He later moved to Chicago. His mother's maiden name was CARNEGIE, and I was
told as a child that her family came from Edinburgh. Does anyone know of any Carnegie/Rogers marriages in London in the 1850's?
