Andrew Carnegie and Australia

AS you see from my e-mail address I was christened "Carnegie'. My grandfather - Carnegie Clark, came to Australia from Carnoustie, Scotland about 1892. I was told there was a connection between the Carnegies in Dumfermline but have never explored the connection. Can anyone help? Grandpa was a golf professional - trained at St. Andrews and was the 2nd golf professional in Australia.
