Thanks so much for the info. The name has been passed down in middle names as Carnegie,
however, I was just given names from my great-grandmother's Bible with the name spelled as Carnagey! At some point it was changed. I had been advised that Arminda was a cousin of THE Andrew Carnegie, but her spelling was apparently Carnagey! Her parents were Henry G. Carnagey and Sarah Elizabeth Frasier.
